Tudor Place Has a History of Flawless Events
Built for posterity, designed for entertaining, and suited for business,
Tudor Place has offered hospitality for nearly 200 years.
Our experienced, responsive staff will ensure you have everything you need to make your event a success, including informed advice, ample planning, the added interest of mansion or garden tours, and the possibility of displaying Collections artifacts for your guests. Opt for day or evening hours and choose the perfect setting, whether in the Conservatory, Dower House, or one of the estate's many outdoor "rooms." For an additional charge, all-day rental of the entire property can be arranged.

Picnics in the Garden: $100 per hour
Picnics are available for groups of 24 or fewer.
An indoor location is available in the event of rain. Renter provides pre-packed or -cooked meals;
no cooking, catering, or meal preparation is permitted on site.
Tudor Place will set up tables and chairs for your group.
Advance reservations required.

Meetings: $100/hour
Professional meetings are held in the administration building
for groups of 25 or less. The rental area
consists of a meeting room, two parlors, and a kitchen.

Private Teas: $33/person
For networking or recreation, tea has a long history of bringing people together. Enjoy a traditional Victorian service in the historic rooms or garden. A light history of tea accompanies your repast, consisting of a
variety of historic blends accompanied by tea sandwiches, scones, and petite desserts.
Teas includes historic mansion or garden tour.
Minimum 15 people. To hold your date, a nonrefundable $100 deposit will be taken at time of booking.

Birthday Parties
Fairies, detectives, explorers... Visit our Birthday Party page to find unique ideas for children ages
3-12. Two-hour parties include a guide, a hands-on tour of the museum or garden, crafts, games, and a gift for the birthday child. Choose the right theme for your child, and then leave the work to us.
Professional Photography - Outdoors + Administration Building: $100/hour
The rental rate for filming or photo shoots in the garden or Dower Townhouse
(administration) building is $100.00 per hour.

Professional Photos or Filming - Historic House: $300/hour
The rate for filming or photo shoots in the historic house is $300.00 per hour. This includes the provision (required)
of a member of the curatorial department to accompany the film/photo group at all times.

Important Information for all events
• Onsite parking is available for caterers and event organizers. Street parking nearby is ample.
• For groups numbering more than 75, valet/shuttle bus service is required.
• All events must end by 10 p.m.
• No red wine, smoking, pets, candles or any source of open flame can be permitted.
• Loud or amplified music are not permitted; stringed instruments only.
