School Programs

School Visit

The student programs stand out from other local sites in the variety of the experiences they offer within a single program. For example, the Civil War program incorporated a walking tour, classroom experience, the opportunity to handle artifacts (so much more meaningful to kids than simply looking at them), skits for the students to perform and extensive, varied pre- and post-visit classroom activities.
